We have a new team member in Cherished, Gill Faulks. Gill is encouraging us (or daring us) to something we have not done before. On 14th July we are going to play Crazy Golf.  If you’ve never done it before or are an expert please come and just enjoy the experience. Please note that the cost of the ticket includes 2.9% towards the cost of the booking charge.

Enter the Story is a workshop-based training event for anyone wanting to find a different way of engaging with the stories of the Bible. By ‘entering the story’, we have the opportunity to think about and explore feelings and events from the point of those we read about. This is an interactive and fun event suitable for those aged 14+ and will be led by Rev Simon Faulks from Not Ashamed. The workshop is free to attend but please book a ticket so that we know how many people to expect.

In 2022 Helen Day took us on walk in Rushmere Country Park. This was enjoyed by all who went. This year Helen will again be leading us in a walk. The walk will be around Stony Stratford, Calverton and Passenham. It will be approximately 4.5 miles.

On April 20th it is planned for us to go bowling, if you’ve never done it before or are an expert please come and just enjoy the experience. You may be the new Bowling World Champion!
The Cherished Team are pleased to announce that the activities we have planned for 2023 begin on March 16th. Our first evening is a Tasting Evening. Bring your favourite recipe printed out. A few people will be making tasting portions for us to have while we're mingling, chatting and sharing recipes with each other. An interactive nativity service led by our young people. All children will be able to join in. If you don't typically attend our church but your child/children would like to join our Nativity, you're most welcome to come along! Though this service is led by the children and youth, we want to encourage ALL ages to come along.
Our annual Carols by Candlelight service. Our choir will lead us in singing carols together, with festive refreshments after. This event will also be streamed on our YouTube page.
Oasis meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month and we offer an opportunity for people at home during the day to meet together in a place where faith, fun and friendship can flourish. This week we will be having our Christmas Celebration!
Join us for the first of our Christmas events! We will be carolling around the Bletchley area. Meet at the St Mary's Community Centre at 5pm. From there we will split into 3 smaller groups and walk the streets to bring some Christmas cheer to the community. If you live in the area, listen out for us and give us a wave at your window, or come say 'hi' on your doorstep. Please dress warmly. Children are welcome if they're willing to brave the cold. We will have hot chocolate and mulled wine at the Community Centre afterwards to warm up. Hope to see you there!
