Worship 

Worship is a core part of our church life and ministries, as well as our services. We believe that God is our Creator and that He sent His Son to Earth to save us through His death on the cross. We also believe that when Jesus ascended to heaven, God sent the Holy Spirit to guide us in following and having a relationship with God.

All these things lead us to the knowledge that God is powerful, gracious, loving, and merciful. This is why, in our services, we sing songs that speak of His greatness, acknowledge His sovereignty, and thank Him for what He’s done in our lives. We also praise God for who He is and what He’s done through creative expressions in our services. 

Prayer 

Prayer is an important part of our individual personal lives and of our church life. If you would like to be involved in praying with and for others there are a few different opportunities.

• Before each Sunday Morning Service, we have a prayer meeting which is open to all in the upstairs room of the church building.
• During our Sunday Morning Services, we have a Prayer Team available who would love to pray with or for anyone who would like that. 
• There is a monthly prayer meeting to pray over the process of appointing a new Vicar and for the interregnum period. Please contact the church office or have a look at our events calendar to find the next prayer meeting.
• Our Prayer Team would love to visit you in your home, care home or hospital if you are bed bound or aren’t able to get transport to church. Please contact the church office so we can set up a time to come and visit you.

Courses

Courses are a great way to deepen your knowledge of God, the Bible, and theological topics. They can also be invaluable in giving you skills for leadership and for sharing your faith with others.

From time to time we run courses, which will be advertised in our services, on our events calendar and in our weekly NewsFlash. In the past we have run numerous Alpha and Youth Alpha courses, the Growing Leaders course, the Shape course, the Parenting for Faith course and many others.

Right now we don’t have any courses coming up but keep an eye and ear out as we’re sure to have something soon.
